  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept all major debit/credit cards such as Discover, Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard. Alternate forms of payment include Apple Pay and PayPal. Look out for Buy now, Pay Later options coming soon!
  • How long will it take to receive my purchase?
    We take pride in timely processing. Our average shipping rate is 5-10 business days excluding items on pre-order.
  • What carriers do you ship with?
    Currently, our main mail carrier is USPS. Based on customer needs, we will explore adding other shipping solutions such as FedEx and UPS!
  • Where in the world do you ship to?
    Ambrosia is set to service A-listers around the globe in upcoming service areas, but currently we only service the United States and its territories, Canada and the U.K.
  • Am I able to refund/return/exchange my purchase?
    Ambrosia Body and Beauty is committed to providing our A-List crew with an exceptional beauty experience and that includes maintaining pristine hygiene practices in our processing spaces. Due to the nature of hair items (not limited to bundles, frontals, closures and wigs, accessories) and their intended use/wear, we cannot and will not accept returns/exchanges once order processing has been fulfilled. There are absolutely no refunds on Digital Products. Ambrosia Body and Beauty also reserves the right to refuse purchases/requests made fraudulently and/or at fair business discretion.   • How do I care for my raw hair?
    Raw hair is human hair so you should care for it as diligently as you would your own hair. -To wash, please use your selection of a quality shampoo and conditioner duo. -When styling, keep extreme heat to a minimum. -At night, use a light oil every 3-4 days and use our heatless curler to maintain the bounce of your style. -Sleep in our Reversible Silk Bonnet to reduce frizz, maintain silkiness, and stretch your install.
  • How do I maintain my lace/edges?
    Don't Sweat It! Maintaining your lace installs is a breeze with the Ambrosia Ear Protecting Melting Band. -Before Physical Activity, simply place the band securely on your forehead ensuring to cover the edges of the lace. -Before Bed, slip on the removable covers on each side to take the tension off your ears. Sweet Dreams!
  • How long will my raw bundles last?
    Your investment to look timeless will stand the test of time. With proper care, Raw Hair will last 3-5 years.
  • Where does Raw Hair Come From?
    Raw hair comes from a single donor and it's name reflects its geographical origins. Our Raw Indian hair is sourced ethically from South India.
  • When will I need to repurchase a new set of Raw Bundles?
    Raw hair has a long life span of 3-5 years, but we aren't opposed to you switching up your signature look from time to time. Shop with us as often as you'd like to shake it up!
